Our Staff

Debra Haynes - Executive Director

Debra Haynes has been with Magnolia Manor since October 2005. Initially Debra served in the role of Administrative Assistant. In Nov 2008 she was promoted to Executive Director. It has always been her goal to make Magnolia Manor as much like “home” to residents and family members as possible. It is a blessing everyday to be able to share a small part of the lives that have been entrusted to our care.

Jeanie Stupka. - Administrative Assistant

Jeanie Stupka joined the Magnolia Manor team in November 2008. Jeanie worked as a Resident Aid and then Receptionist. Jeanies talents were noted from day one and when the position of Administrative Assistant became available, Jeanie was our first choice. Since taking that position Jeanie has made her mark and made it clear that she was the best choice.

Amber Clemons - Director of Sales and Marketing

Amber Clemons serves as Director of Sales and Marketing. She has spent her entire career helping others, serving as Arkansas’ State Program Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association to being employed as Director of the Diabetes Treatment and Wound Centers with North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. A graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Tupelo Roatarian, serves on the Northeast Mississippi Red Cross Board. She frequently says she is blessed with a gift to listen, care for, love and provide empathy to the residents and their caregivers who call Magnolia Manor at Tupelo their home.

Jim Wells - Dining Director

Jim has been a Certified Dietary Manager in long term care for the last 25 years. I began working at Magnolia Manor when we opened in 2006. My daily goal remains providing wholesome, delicious and satisfying meals for those who live at Magnolia Manor as well as those who visit or work here. I do this not just because of my love of food, but because of the many friends that I have made here among the residents and staff.

Jessica Arnold - LPN

Jessica Arnold, LPN, graduated from Northeast Community College “top of her class” in 2005. Geriatrics quickly became Jessica’s passion. That is evident on a daily basis in the way Jessica interacts with residents and family members in a caring, compassionate and professional manner.

Pam Cosby - Activities Director

Pam enjoys the day to day opportunities of working with the residents of Magnolia Manor and be apart of their lives. The opportunities to get to know them and hearing the stories that they share with me about their lives. It is an opportunity that I never take for granted but I choose to take the heart and cherish the moments that we have to be in the midst of each other.

Johnie (Buzzy) Scott, - Maintenance Director

Buzzy recently joined the Magnolia Manor family. He and his wife are active members of Chesterville Calvary Baptist Church where they have taught the youth and are now teaching the Young Adult/Young Married class. Buzzy doesn’t consider this a job – he feels he is serving our Lord on the mission field and the residents and staff of Magnolia Manor is his “ministry”.
